Terms & Conditions

Return Policy - we accept reasonable amounts of products back for a full refund, within 15 days of shipment. The product(s) must be in resalable condition. We don't refund special orders or products stated as non-returnable. You will have to pay the shipping to send it back to us and we don't refund your original shipping price.

If a product is damaged in shipment or somehow defective, we will of course refund you purchase price or replace it (our choice).

Shipping - we charge for shipping based on our cost as computed in real time, using the United States Postal Service's real-time calculation system. Prices are reasonable and depend of course on how far away you are from Florida.

Some items are light enough to go First Class Mail, others are too heavy and ship Priority Mail.

Shipping International  - Most countries are easy to ship to, others can be very difficult. It not the shipping part but the getting through customs that is the concern.

Australia, Belgium, Brazil (must ship registered mail), Canada, Caribbean, China, France, Israel, Mexico, Japan - good

Denmark - may object to Progesterone and other hormones.

Germany - does not like most products. Even simple products like minerals. Probably not worth trying.

Spain - one of the most difficult. Probably won't arrive.

Sweden and Finland can be difficult.

Any country not mentioned above is probably good.

If your package is returned by your government, we will only refund the price of the product, not any shipping costs.

Taxes - In the USA only products shipped to Nevada are charged Sales Tax. Products shipped to Florida may require a Sales Tax, vitamins are exempt in Florida. If you are charged a Sales Tax by accident, please let us know.

If you are not in the USA, you may be charged a tax upon importation, but this not collect by us and may not happen. We think this hardly every happens.
